New to the rental market is this brand new home in a little bay on Bob's Lake 20 minutes from Sharbot Lake, Westport and Maberly, 30 minutes from Perth and 1 hour from Kingston. This cottage offers a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. For those who want to cook outdoors, there is a propane barbeque. You will find a large upper deck overlooking the water to enjoy your meals should you choose.
This cottage sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a double bed on the main level, a second double bed on the lower level and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The lower level is a walkout basement.

There are 3 kayaks, 2 canoes, 2 corcls and a peddle boat offering lots of fun on the water. There is a small swimming area beside the 40' dock. Bob's Lake water levels fluctuate, with the high water in late spring and early summer. The water level starts to drop in June/July as the water is released from the lake to feed the Rideau Canal system.

Enjoy an evening of roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around the fire pit. Wood is provided.

There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied on a rainy day including a ping pong table, air hockey, board games, puzzles and plenty of books. For those who want to relax in front of the TV, a basic TV package including SportsNet and TSN is available over high-speed internet. Streaming services offered are Acorn, BritBox, Disney and Gem.
