Mississippi Lake. Where the fish bite. Bungalow situated on approx 75 ft. of glorious lakefront. 40 ft. dock to accomodate a good sized boat. Shallow, gradual , sandy entry. 8 ft. deep off the end of the dock. Bring your marshmallows to roast in the campfire pit by waters edge. Fairly private. Marina on the lake. Cruise into Carleton Place for lunch. Nice big lake for day tours. This cottage faces South/East.
